These Terms & Conditions apply to holiday packages and travel services booked with Delight Departures. Please read them alongside the specific details confirmed for your trip.
01. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or payment is received and we issue a written confirmation. All package prices are per person and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
02. Pricing
Prices shown are indicative starting fares per person and may vary with travel dates, group size, room category, airfare and currency movements. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking.
03. What's included
Unless stated otherwise, packages include flights, accommodation, meals as specified, sightseeing and local transportation, and visa assistance. Anything not listed as included is treated as an additional cost.
04. Travel documents & visas
Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting the entry requirements of each destination. We provide visa assistance, but the final grant of any visa rests with the relevant authorities.
05. Changes & liability
Itineraries may occasionally change due to weather, operational or third-party factors beyond our control. We will always work to offer suitable alternatives in such situations.
