Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for holidays booked with Delight Departures.
01. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please inform us in writing as early as possible. Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to your departure date and on the terms of the airlines, hotels and suppliers involved in your booking.
02. Supplier charges
Airfare, hotel deposits, visa fees and certain confirmed services may be non-refundable once booked, as governed by the policies of the respective travel partners.
03. Refund processing
Any refund due, after deducting applicable supplier and cancellation charges, is processed back to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
